I had a loud noise in my Fisher/Paykel washer. Did some online research and discovered that it was most likely the water pump. Did some comparison shopping and found your company. I ordered the part with two day shipping and it arrived on time, in excellent condition. I was able to find a manual online for the repair and my husband installed the part. All is well! Your part was $30 cheaper than Sears wanted for the same part. Will definitely deal with you again if I need F-P parts! Thank you!

great experience.
great price and very reasonable shipping. AND the person I spoke with regarding the part also insured me it was easy to replace and fix myself vs paying appliance repair shop. They were asking $450 for the repair which I did myself for $109.THANKS!
