I ordered a part for my washer Monday afternoon from www.fisherpaykelparts.com after a Google search showing their positive reviews. I called and got a sales rep right away (I think his name was John). He helped me get the correct model number of my washing machine and quickly checked to make sure the part was in stock. I placed the order mid-afternoon and as promised, it was delivered to me in NH Thursday using standard shipping.
These guys are great! Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous technical/sales staff, fast shipping and all parts in stock. There is no need to look anywhere else if you need appliance parts, just go to www.fisherpaykelparts.com and place your order with confidence.
I do not work for these guys. I'm just a regular guy in software sales and never take the time to submit reviews, positive or negative. These guys did such a great job I felt that they earned the time spent on this review and I will not hesitate to order from them again in the future.
