Ordering was very simple, glad to see pay pal is an option. The shipping took a bit longer than I anticipated, but when I contacted customer service they replied promptly and the part arrived the next day. The part isnt a knock off, it is an original equipment match and works and fits very well. I only wish the parts on Fisher Paykel lasted longer.

The thin plastic fans on the Fisher Paykel washer agitator will inevitably break off and wreak havoc with clothes. Installing a replacement takes all of two minutes and requires no special tools or skills. No need for the expense of a repair service call. Received my factory replacement agitator within days of ordering.
